YOUR PRACTITIONER

Meet Murali Swaminathan

Murali Swaminathan at his study

I came to Ayurveda the hard way — years of digestive issues, treatments that didn’t last, and side effects I shouldn’t have had to live with. When I finally found an Ayurvedic practitioner, the difference was profound. That’s when I knew this was my path.

Today I hold an M.S. in Ayurveda from Maharishi International University and am completing a PhD in Health and Physiology — bridging the science of the modern world with the wisdom of the ancient one. I am also a certified Yoga Instructor, TM practitioner, and the creator of the podcast “Unlocking Inner Peace One Step at a Time.”

My practice is built on one belief: your body knows how to heal — when you give it the right conditions.

Introducing
Gut Rhythm App

Your daily Ayurvedic wellness program — in your pocket. 10–12 minutes a day. 60 or 90 days. Real, lasting change.

I created Gut Rhythm App because my clients kept asking: “What can I do every day, on my own, between our sessions?” Gut Rhythm is that answer.

Each day, the app guides you through a short video session built on Ayurvedic principles for digestive health. Just 10–12 focused minutes that compound over 60 or 90 days into a genuinely different relationship with your body.

For subscribers, the Masterclass library goes deeper: science-backed explanations of key Ayurvedic concepts — the chronobiology of Agni, HRV and the Doshas, the Ayurvedic microbiome — drawing on my M.S. in Ayurveda and PhD research in Health and Physiology.

GitaFit Life

The Bhagavad Gita — explained for the modern world. The Bhagavad Gita, used the way it was meant to be used.

You have heard of the Gita. Maybe you’ve even started it — and put it down, because it read like scripture for people with more time, or more faith, or more patience for verse numbers than you have at 11:43 p.m. in a parking garage after the biggest win of your career, wondering why it doesn’t feel like one.

Most books about the Gita explain what it says. This one shows what it does.

Each of the eighteen chapters pairs one chapter of the Gita with a real human story — a founder, a mother, a person at the exact edge of a life they built and no longer recognize — and shows, moment by moment, how a 5,000-year-old text still knows exactly what to say. No Sanskrit background required. No religious framing. Just the Gita as what it actually is: the sharpest diagnostic tool ever written for the specific ache of being a capable person who is quietly not okay.

If you’ve read the mindfulness books, done the therapy, built the career, and still find yourself at 3 a.m. asking a question no productivity system answers — this book is for you.

Currently in progress. Follow along as each chapter comes to life.
