Meet Your Practitioner
Murali Swaminathan
Hello! I’m Murali Swaminathan, the founder of Atma Wellness Clinic.
My journey into Ayurveda began with a deep interest in natural health and holistic wellness. I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Ayurveda from Maharishi International University, reflecting my dedication and commitment to this ancient science.
For many years, I dealt with ongoing digestive issues and sought various treatments, only to find limited success and numerous side effects. In my quest for a natural and effective solution, I turned to an Ayurvedic Practitioner. The significant improvements I experienced sparked my passion for Ayurveda.

Integrating both Ayurveda and yoga helps address not only physical health but also the mind-body connection for holistic well-being.
In addition to my Ayurvedic studies and Yoga Teaching certification, I have learned meditation and pranayama through both Ayurveda and Yoga. These practices form a critical part of my holistic approach, balancing the mind, body, and spirit. Through Ayurveda, I have deepened my understanding of how pranayama and meditation support the balance of doshas, while my yoga training focuses on their role in mental clarity and physical well-being.
