Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Gut Rhythm App. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
Gut Rhythm is a mobile wellness application developed and operated by Atma Wellness Clinic LLC. The App provides guided Ayurvedic wellness sessions, daily habit cues, and educational content related to digestive health and general wellbeing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The App is intended for use in the United States and other jurisdictions where Ayurvedic wellness content is legally permitted.
3. Account Registration
To access the App’s content, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@atmaayurveda.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
The App offers the following purchase options:
- Monthly Subscription ($14.99/month) – 6 new sessions per month plus 1 Masterclass video per month. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin at $14.99/month unless cancelled before the trial expires
- Yearly Subscription ($129.99/year) —full library of all sessions and complete Masterclass vault unlocked from Day 1. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin at $129.99/year unless cancelled before the trial expires.
- 60-Day Belly Balance Program ($79.99 one-time) — 120-day access window
- 90-Day Belly Balance Program ($109.99 one-time) — 180-day access window
Free Trial Terms: The 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers only who have not previously subscribed to a Monthly or Yearly plan. Your trial begins on the date you subscribe. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation during the trial takes effect at the end of the trial period — access continues until then. Free trial periods that have already concluded are not eligible for refunds.
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their payment terms. We do not process payments directly.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades: If you upgrade from a Monthly to a Yearly subscription, the change takes effect immediately and any unused portion of your current billing cycle may be credited per Apple App Store or Google Play proration policies. Your progress data is always preserved on upgrade. If you downgrade from a Yearly to a Monthly subscription, the change is deferred — your Yearly access continues until your current annual term expires, at which point your subscription renews at the Monthly rate. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining term.
One-Time Purchases: The 60-Day and 90-Day Belly Balance Programs are non-consumable one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew. Program purchases remain accessible for the duration of the access window (120 days for the 60-Day program, 180 days for the 90-Day program). Apple App Store and Google Play do not support prorated credits or price differences when switching between one-time programs — the full purchase price applies to each program independently. If you purchase a one-time program while holding an active Monthly or Yearly subscription, both remain active simultaneously and you will be billed for both. To avoid duplicate charges, we recommend cancelling your subscription before purchasing a one-time program, or upgrading your subscription plan instead.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly. One-time program purchases (60-Day and 90-Day) are non-refundable except as permitted by Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies.
Auto-Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rate. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
Restore Purchases: You may restore previous purchases at any time using the Restore Purchases option in the Account screen.
5. Content and License
All content in the App — including videos, audio, text, daily sessions, habit cues, and masterclasses — is owned by Atma Wellness Clinic LLC and is protected by copyright. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial wellness practice.
You may not:
- Copy, download, or record any video or audio content from the App
- Share, redistribute, or resell any App content
- Use any App content for commercial purposes without written permission
6. Health and Medical Disclaimer
THE GUT RHYTHM APP PROVIDES GENERAL WELLNESS AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT BASED ON AYURVEDIC PRINCIPLES. IT IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
The content in this App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness program, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk. Atma Wellness Clinic LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from use of the App or its content.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its backend systems
- Interfere with the operation of the App or other users’ access
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law
- Submit false or misleading information during account creation
8. Account Termination and Deletion
You may delete your account at any time using the Delete Account option in the Account screen. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atma Wellness Clinic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
